If you are a Xerox Corporation retired salaried employee, the surviving spouse of a Xerox retiree, or a retirement eligible inactive employee currently on salary continuance or planning Xerox retirement in the near future, you should be vitally concerned about your retiree benefits. ARXE is a national organization working on your behalf and we invite you to join the more than 2800 Old Plan, New Plan, and Flex Plan retirees who have become ARXE members since April 1, 2003.

The escalating retiree costs and changes that have been made to our retiree healthcare benefits prompted this group of Xerox retirees to band together with the hope of providing a strong retiree voice into the Corporate decision processes impacting our Medical Plan benefits. The Association is an educational and an advocacy organization that is focused on providing current retirement benefits information and promoting equitable retiree benefits from the company that we all helped to become an ongoing success. ARXE is a volunteer run, 501(c)(4) not-for-profit Corporation and has no formal affiliation with Xerox Corporation or it’s subsidiaries. Since our formation in early 2003, we have been in periodic discussions with Xerox senior management. We provide advocacy for all of the US retirees of the Company in matters affecting our retirement and our benefits.
We provide a number of benefits to Association members. First and foremost we are a voice for the retirees who have a right to enjoy the benefits that they earned while making Xerox the premier printing product supplier in the world! We provide an information filled website with News items, a FAQ knowledge base, a site Search function, an "opt-in" Member Directory that provides our members with an opportunity to re-connect with former colleagues and other members, a new Discussion Forum that allows members to post questions and comments, and get feedback from other members on many of the issues that concern them as retirees, and periodic Email communications on current matters of interest.
Add your voice to our efforts. We have accomplished a lot since our founding in 2003 and with the new "challenges" that Xerox senior management has presented us, we need to build the largest representative group of retired Xerox employees possible to challenge company decision making as they look for ways to reduce all of our benefits.
